The list was never complete
ZoomInfo lists ~300M contacts. Apollo ~200M. LinkedIn already holds 1.3 billion.
No database mirrors a company's live roster — it samples it, and the sample is always short. That is the twenty percent your aggregator never had to begin with. So we invert the order: capture the full roster at the source, human-paced, then spend credits only on the names that are real.

A quarter wrong by December
HubSpot's model: B2B contacts decay 2.1% a month — about 22.5% a year. ZoomInfo says 25–30%.
Phone numbers rot faster still — 25 to 35% a year since the office line emptied out. A list bought in January is a quarter wrong by winter. Which is why discovery has to be live and enrichment has to be surgical, never a bulk file quietly ageing inside a spreadsheet.

Find the red umbrella
700,000 reps pay to watch the roster live. We turn it into net-new.
Capture the full roster, filter to ICP, enrich only what is real, match read-only against your own Salesforce, and flag whoever has already moved on. What is left is the red umbrella in a crowd of black — the one name you do not yet own, ready for the next call.
